Dear friends I designed one design in illustrator, it is going to print.
In that design there are some images. I reduce the two images
Transparency from 100 to 50% then I try to save that file that time
The following msg is coming.

“When spot color are used with transparency, changing them
to process colors outside of illustrator can generate
Unexpected result.”

If any problem will come while on printing. what can I do?

Hi sarvel. I get that message all the time whenever I use transparency - have had hundreds of different things printed and never had any problems.

It is basically saying to you that if you change the Pantone color from Spot Color to Process - you may risk problems.

If you stick to either Spot or Process then you will not have any problems.

Don't forget though if you are getting any print work done, you should always ask for a printed proof from your printer, if they refuse then make it clear you will not pay for any printed work that is printed incorrectly.

Here is a page with a bit of information about the difference between RGB and CMYK colours and also Process V's Spot colours
