I like it, but I don't think it has that old school feel to it. Actually I think it all has to do with the typography. The font is not very good for an 80's style. Overall looks decent enough, but I would really like to see you put a 'special' touch on this one

lol, I myself would look at some old 80's adds for some typography ideas. In fact, I think you would get some real good ideas by looking at some 80's commercials. I am sure there are some you can download from somewhere.

Don't empty that recycling bin just yet, it just needs some tweaking.
