I wanted to do a tutorial in PS, "How to turn a photo into pop art" So I've been trying to do it (its really hard) but since then I have been addicted to photoshop!

Alright I am officially converted from Paint Shop Pro and Photoshop! I love it! I have been playing with text effects, and I can't believe how awesome they are! HAHA!

That is me! I solely use it, yet have PS6 on my machine just in case I need to open one of the previous persons PSD files ...

So much cleaner and I am used to FW so I try to use it for everything, and it is linked right into DW :)

Photoshop and Fireworks are intended for very different purposes. That's why Adobe continues to offer both, rather than just phasing out Fireworks in favor of Photoshop.

Fireworks is aimed at web graphics. The reason I like it so much is because I've used it for so long and can accomplish things very quickly in it. However, there are a lot of things that can't be accomplished with Fireworks that can be with Photoshop. I simply don't need many of Photoshop's features, thus I don't use it.

I love Photoshop, but am actually starting to become quite fond of Illustrator now that I understand it.

Well photoshop is a first for me. I have never used it this much in the 6 years I have been designing, but I am disappointed I didn't do it sooner. I still like PSP but PS is much much better.

I have been working on my first ever layout in PS, and I used a tutorial for abit of it, and have been flying solo the rest of the way.

Here it is.. I don't think you could tell a beginner made it HAHA!

I am really happy with it. But if it does look pink then I will have to change that.. it looks red here.

It's definitely pink. Pink = red + white, so when you fade the two, you get pink. ;)
