To help you out, I'm moving this to our graphics design board. Some things that might give you better suggestions:

1. What is the name of the church?
2. What is the general purpose of the website?
3. Does your church have any affiliations?
4. Does your church have a particular motto/theme/focus?

In general, it's rather hard to suggest what a logo should look like, because thought needs to be given as to what the logo should "say" to the viewer. Much of it comes down to inspiration, but then you have the technical details to work out...i.e. how to make what you see in your head appear on the screen.

I suppose it would also be helpful to know what graphics proggy you'll be using to create the graphic, because some provide more flexibility in what you can or can't do.

I know that doesn't answer the direct question, but hopefully will get you thinking in the right direction.

Inspiration's the problem. Nothing's come up in my mind at all.
Have no concept of what a church logo looks like
Again, my church has no symbol like some other churches.
So it's rather difficult to come up with something.
Name of church is: All Nations
Purpose of website: A Form of communication between members during weekdays and putting up our church news/ activities.

Assuming it's a Christian church, I would get a piece of paper and start drawing crosses. Draw them in 2-D in 3-D etc, just sketch as fast as you can without really analyzing your results too much. You can analyze more later.

Don't try to be overy expository when making a logo. Just the basic idea is what you need.

I suggest you start with a cross, because it is, afterall, the most easily recognized symbol for Christianity. You might play around with a fish (the kind that Pastors put on their cars. Actually, I guess it not only for Pastors anymore), perhaps the praying hands thing, etc.

Hope that helped.
