Title graphic- anyone wanna make one

Well i need a title graphic doing and while i am competant with photoshop im sure someone else could create a better one.

I do not need the text putting in, but would just like a graphic done.
It should be computer/hitech based e.g. the matrix, but not the crappy overused green text. i mean just sleek stylish graphics.

The site not finsihed yet so it hasnt been uploaded. But it must look good in a standard PHPBB forum. so it must be light and not dark colours.

it has to be 96*740

if you could up load a jpg. But i would like a PSD so i can add the text easily.

does this involve handing over a peice of paper, about 4 inches long by 2 wide.. oh usualy has a 10, 20 wrote on it ? (YES, money)
