hi,

I looking for a cheap underwater camera , i have a digi-cam but the unterwater housing is just too expensive...

I saw one with Focus free and 28mm lens.. can someone explain whether 28mm lens is good ?

I will use it for snorkeling

Assuming the camera is a normal 50mm, the 28mm lens will be wide angle. Different lenses are good for different things. (You'll be able to get a lot in the frame with a 28mm.)

See Angle of view and Wide Angle and Telephoto Lenses.
