Hi I don't know if this is the right place to ask for a tutorial but ill give it a go.

I want to make a Water polo logo for my team, im going to but it on paper and put in on walls,


I would want a basic logo tutorial or something like that because i dont want to copy, i want to make my own but i dont know how to do that.


once again im sorry if im not allowed to ask for tutorials.

Try googling for the name of the software you use followed by the work 'tutorials'.

Well, since you don't want a tutorial on creating a specific image, here you go.


1.Cut out the image(s) you wish to use in your logo and place. Each image should be on a seperate layer so you can make adjustments and add filters if desired.
2.Once you have placed your images add you filter effects, like the fire on the water polo ball.
3. Add your text using the type tool.
4. Pat your self on the back you just completed your logo.
5. Stare at your finished piece trying to decide if you want to over do you logo design by adding every filter you can think of...:)

Advice: Less is more. For a logo it's best to keep it simple, quick and easy to draw on a napkin at a business meeting.:) And, it should be identifiable as a single color, with exceptions of course.
