Your image is not displaying :( , but if you have the time an online process like http://www.identifont.com/identify.html can often help you to identify fonts.

Yes, that would also be my best bet but when i make the letters bold the letters differ from each other, maybe this could be because i need to use Photoshop to get the same look.

I want to make the other options in my navigation menu exactly the same regarding boldness and fontstyle, so therefor i need to know exactly what font this is.

I also think it's Arial but maybe i am wrong so i thought to verify it here.

I can't see the image on the link you've posted but I have found this site very handy when needing to identify and unknown font.

I apologise reaper I did not see that mentioned

The font is 12pt Arial Narrow or Arial - I would lean more towards Arial Narrow, it produces a closer match to the image.

If you are using Photoshop I would also recommend using the 'strong' or at the least the 'crisp'

If you want it matched to perfection then you will need to play around a little with the spacing. You can find this in Photoshop on the Character pallet its symbol is an A V with a double ended arrow underneath.

My suggestion would be to open the original image in PS, and make a new layer over the top and match the text on top in another colour than white.

If you don't need to match exactly that button and it's text - but you want it to look similar for other text buttons, then stick with the 12pt Arial Narrow and strong setting like I mentioned above, double space between the words. It will make a good close match.
