It's kind of a cheap effect.. But, most 3D programs can do it.. Stuff like Bryce and 3D Max.. But, I am sure you can do it in stuff like Illustrator or Free Hand..

Heh.. The power of (an idea, Flash, digital camera, and free time)...

I plan an redoing it.. I look REALLY young in the picture.. I am 21 but you would guess 14 from it..
