I feel so left out of the loop. I started this post so I can find out whats going on with the new Photoshop CS3. So, if anybody would like to share with me and the rest of us here, tell us the lastest tips, tricks, filters, ect. that you can do or use with CS3 that you can't do in CS2.

To add to ATNO/TW's list it also has Auto-Align Layers so you can take the best of two similar photos. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ca02T4Enp_c

Zoomify (file > export > zoomify) is a great new feature you would otherwise have to have to pay for seperately.
I've used it for all the large image previews on my site:
