Ok I used to be able to do this but I cant. I have even used Google and the Manual but I cant find it! Help?

If you were using Illustrator, I could tell you in a heartbeat. Unfortunately I don't use Freehand. :(

select image > select "text" from top menu > Select "run around selection"
