Pretty cool! And it is not too busy, so the Icons will be easily seen. I like it. Only thing that could (probably not to easily/possible because of the blur filter used) be changed is the white blur could be a bit more distributed under the "n" and even below the other leters for that matter, it looks like the word was actually placed lower then the center point, which gave it that offset in the blur. I would suggest either having the words about one or two inches lower, or centering it on the page, so it is either really offset (not a bad thing), or perfectly centered.

Very nice, but I would like to add that I'm used to broadband and that would have normally snapped open in about 5 seconds. However, at the moment while on vacation, I'm on 50.6 Kbps and that took slightly over 2 minutes to download and appear in IE. Just thought you might like to know.
