I painted this, but I think I like my B&W pencil version better. Without color it seems raw and unprocessed, a better foundation for individual contemplation. But you can see versions painted in color at the bottom of my site, located below the ideas that inspired the art. You should be able to access my site from my profile - I cannot figure out how to make it easy for you (no links or signature available).

The black and white freezes his pain and gives a realistic 'in the moment' feel. This is a real dope picture. Alot of people don't know he was actually crucified on a tree.
