Hola.

Tengo una entrada de texto y un botón de búsqueda que cuando se hace clic en Ir a URL que contiene un signo de interrogación (?), Al escribir el código de

getURL...etc ..

y cuando escribo? o Comisión de Derechos Humanos (63) [que es el código ASCII?] después de todo lo que se omite.
¿Qué puedo hacer?

Creo que 63 es el código ASCII para "?"
