in the UK anyway, all work you produce is copyrighted instantly. As long as you can prove its yours, you have legal rights. Keep your work on a cd digitally dated.

How effective have you found alt tags to be? Whats the best tags to put on them - keywords for the site or descriptions of the images

For a beginner, I recommed Pascal, as its easy to learn and contains all the fundimentals languages such as C++ contain.

I always thought 32 bit pc's had a folder called System32, but 64 bit had System64

I intead to have some sort of a content managment script in there, dont know which one I shoudl use, but I could customise it to give a different background.

I usually tend to use Verdana for main text, the test text on that template is just there to show that content goes there.

Its a free tempalte by Generationext. You should centre it, add your own banner, maybe change the color scheme a bit.

Very nice cardesign
I see what you mean about the composition. Alot of people would say its too big, but they arent artistic enough. If it was any smaller it would totally ruin the composition. I like the colour scheme you use, and the site feels very easy and good to use.
