thanks for the reply regarding avg 6.0 cannot detect wupdater.exe.....but now when i run avg 6.0 my desktop automatically shutdown. also my start up menu is blank and i cannot save my docs in office word and excel... please help

hello again im having this wupdater.exe when logging off i have a AVG 6.0 ANTI VIRUS but the virus still persist... please help. thank you. im also having trouble with my microsoft office word where i cannot save my recent docs.
