So, after trading away my D100 for an albino boa last August, I've been cameraless, except for the short loan of a friend's Sony point-n-shoot. Anyway, I've pickd up another D100, and gave it a good workout over the weekend. Here's a few of the shots from the reptile show in Tampa. http://www...

Not that old school
I kinda just skipped the Van Halen generation... I like stuff from earlier (dad's influence), and stuff that came out after, heh.

It's a separate applicatino, but worth EVERY penny. They do a "Home" version for 29 bucks, that just does 8 Bit images (well, 24Bit but 8 bits per colour per pixel). They have a more expensive version that also works with the images that are 12/16 bits per colour per pixel (RAW files). htt...

It has nothing to do with people not having confidence in themselves. This has to do with this being a webmaster forum, for webmasters to discuss web-related issues. This is not a legal forum. This could be one of a million things... Image is not JPG format and you referenced a JPG. Image is not GIF format and you referenced a GIF. It could be a corrupt image. The URL may be wrong. You uploaded through FTP in ASCII format when you should've done Binary format. Can you elaborate a little m...

Okies, now my reply to this one.. increasing the ISO speed and it was set lower at 200 and i increased it to 1600 No no, you WANT ISO200 or 400. ISO1600 produces a LOT of noise. Shoot ISO200 or 400, buy faster lenses, or lenses with IS (Image Stabilization) for Canon, VR (Vibration Reduction) for Ni...

Didn't see this thread, so I'll nuke my post from the other thread and put it here... --- Definitely check your settings. I don't know if the Rebels have an "Auto ISO" (the D100, D70 and Nikon DSLRs doo), but turn that off. I rarely shoot higher than ISO400, and when I do, I definitely run...

I'ms sorry for your illness, but if somebody had screwed around on me in a marriage, I wouldn't be leaving them a thing, except possibly instructions on how to self-procreate.

I loved my D100, but I still traded it for a snake (of course, the snake was worth twice as much as the camera at the time, heh). I just picked up another D100 (I was gonna wait and get a D200, but I was made an offer I couldn't refuse). I'm still saving for a D200 :) Btw, the only real issues I hea...

If you're a student, you can get Photoshop for about 300 bucks (instead of the regular retail of $650).
