if you just used regular frames you could name one lets say main and the other menu. On the menu you would then create a link like this:

wow really like the flash. The red on silver really looks nice. However I would use a different font on the about page for i am assuming your info. Also I really like the volume thing and how the menu pops down for what page you are on :D OVERALL great job! I give you a 8/10

nice simple design. I do have a few things to say though. Loose the enter page and maybe add a footer. Also put the header image into the background (dont have to just something i like to do). Thats just my few cents, hope it helps :D
