i use and browse kirupa a lot. It's a wonderful source, and is quite deep
in content. It has a lot more pages and tutorials than it leads on from
the first few clicks aroud the site. Spend some time there, and you will
undoubtedly learn something, as well as fall in love with it.

i use a mailing list FlashCoders, be warned though i get about 800+ emails a week. The link above however has a search facility which can provide quite complete solutions within the emails.

http://chattyfig.figleaf.com/flashcoders-wiki/ Is also quite handy.
