Is it a good choice to design a video sharing website like Youtube using Adobe Flash Media Interactive Server 3 as sever-based video to flash video converter? Advice or recommendation will be greatly appreciated. Thanks very very much.

I Adobe's Media server is great if you can afford it. However I think there are plenty of other solutions to accomplish the same end goal.
If at first you don't succeed F1... If that doesn't work try Google!
