How do I attach a movie clip from within a function in a subclass when the movie I wanna attach is not the superclass of that subclass?

Thanks

Hey Ice,

thanks for your reply, actually I realized I only had a tiny syntax problem. I just needed to attach a mc to stage but do it from a subclass script. I'm new to classes, so since they come in seperate files, the relationships confuse me sometimes.

I wasn't sure how to call on that mc from the library and attach it. I realized it's just as if I would have done it from the main script: call its linkage name. Yup, too simple to figure out ;-)
