in IE my bar preloader gets the rest of the page cut off

In IE my bar preloader gets the rest of the page cut off.

I have created a nice preloader bar for a flash animation on my index page. But in IE, all versions, the rest of the page which is bellow the flash animation is simply not showing, like it is not there at all. It works fine in all other browsers.

What my be the issue?

It's like i'm calling the doctor and tell him:
doctor, i'm not feeling good.
Doctor: why? what happens?
me: I don't know, i just don't feel good, give me a wonder pill
Doctor: do yourself a favor and move your ass over here so i can consult you and find out what's going on.

Seriously now, guys, when you do post a question make it as clear as possible and when necessary, also give details about the problem you're trying to solve. What you give is what you get. You give abstract details, you get abstract answers and usually no answer at all.
