Problem: VERY limited with file size restrictions for a Flash banner ad, yet client wants something that will require the final banner size to be quite larger in file size than is allowed.

My idea (if possible) is to create an SWF banner that really does nothing but hold the clickTAG, and embed another SWF file that resides with our own hosting service, therefore counts against our bandwidth.

In short, I need a banner that is under 30k in file size to embed another banner (that is hosted on a separate server) that is well over 150k...so that viewers will see the 150k+ banner.

Any ideas? Is this even possible?

why need the holder banner?
can't you just place a simple html file which points to the 150k banner?
