Centering a Flash File in a browser.

EDIT: I decided just to make it an HTML/XHTML website instead of a flash website because the website ended up being so simple. So no help is really needed anymore.
So I went ahead and chose to "Center" the flash file while publishing it, and it still wont center. Here is a picture of the specification to center:
And you can visit the web page, and see that its not centered.
