Ok I am just learning programing, I have some games I designed in a program called game maker (somewhat like VB) which has its own language. Now, is it possible to just change my functions to fit into flash, and maybe some other altercations?

Would this be hard to do, or is it a simple manner of just learning the language in flash?

I don't know VB, but my guess is they are entirely different in how they work. You may just end up having to recode it in Flash. Sorry.

Flash is a company? Sorry but no.

Flash, as it pertains to this forum is a multimedia development environment made by Adobe. Flash has its own programming language based on javascript that can be used for quite high end games.
