Control movie from html hyperlink?

I have a movie embedded in an HTML page. I'd like to be able to click an HMTL hyperlink in the page which tells the movie to advance to a specific frame and begin playing.

Any ideas?

I'm looking into the same thing for a project i'm working on. It seems the best way is to use javascript to set a variable that flash can read. I'll post the exact process I use in a few days
