Controlling .flv file play on webpage

Hi All,

I need some help in playing .flv file just for once on a webpage.

1) Say, .flv video gets played only once in one IE Window. User has too open a new window to play again.

2) Can I stop users to download my .flv file by any means?

3) Can i check if a user has played a .flv file 100% or not?

I want to do this using php, user management.
