Couple of Flash questions.

i need to make a little flash video of some quotes from clients, and i'm still a nub with flash ^_^ i dont need anything extravagant.. just some text transitioning into some more text. i'm wondering if itd be possible to have the background a set color (the same color as the bg of the site), and then to have all of the quotes textually somewhere and have them displayed in a random order with a transition of some sort going from one to the next..?
as of now i just created a bunch of symbols as graphics and added blur effects to them.

Well, to answer one of your questions, it is possible to make the object transparent so that your web page's background will show through. In Flash, you'll have to set the alpha of the movie to 0. In the HTML, set the wmode parameter in the <embed> and the <object> tags to "transparent".

Problem is, only way I've ever seen text pulled from a text file is inside a dynamic text box, so I'm not sure how you would incorporate the transitioning.
