Customized Scrollbar Help!

I'm close to getting this thing to work correctly but I cannot figure out how to align the scrollbar perfectly with the length of the text/content.

Can someone direct me to where in the actionscript I can change this, or show me?

you have these properties: textField._width, textField._height
