Post 3+ Months Ago

Hi, I consider that I have relatively high knowledge of Flash but I have been trying to do something I have never attempted before and have come across a problem.

I am trying to take a .swf that has been published as a 500 px height and display it as a height of 250 px (without shrinking the swf - 'noborder'). However when I do this it centers the .swf so that it cuts off 125 px at the top and 125 px at the bottom. I would like to get it to stay aligned at the top so it cuts off 250 px at the bottom instead of centering it.

I have tried adjusting all the 'align' and 'salign' settings in the EMBED tags but those did nothing to solve my problem. I have googled as well but cannot find anything specific to that particular problem.

Any help appreciated,

  2. <div style="position: absolute; top: 0px; left: 0px;">
  3. //<embed> stuff goes here
  4. </div></div>
