DOWNLOADING MP3'S.

Hello.

I have a slight issue that maybe one of you genious WebMasters can help me with.

I built a music demo page with FLASH, it's working fine, but my problem is I would like the user to be able to download to there desktop the mp3 once they demo it. I already created the buttons (.btns) in my .fla file, all I need is the code to be able to retrieve the mp3's from my server.

DJ. J has tried using this method http://www.ozzu.com/website-design-forum/help-need-create-mp3-download-button-t80663.html but he is not sure how to get the code to work in flash with his buttons (see this page for example http://www.zombeat.com/juanitos_demos.htm )

Can any of you Flash guru's help out? :D

PS: Have you tried just using this code in the link box of the download image? Maybe try that? And put all your mp3's in a folder called 'mp3'... see what happens...

mp3.php?mp3=FileName.mp3

why don't you put the mp3 inside a zip file? That way you know the browser will download it instead of trying to play it.

you don't really need php for this.
