dynamically creating MC instances in actionscript 3.0

Is there anyway that I can create a new instance of a movie clip that I already have made through actionscript 3.0? I would like to dynamically create and position several instances of the same movie clip based on a list from an imported xml file.

That didn't take long. Can't tell you how many times I've done that. I only post a question when I've been frustrated with it for extended periods and typically find an answer not long after I post. Nice tute. Bookmarked for reference
