Flash Creations designs flash applications(galleries, mp3 players, etc) for webdesigners. Very useful programs to help with web projects.

i hope the picture gallery viewer thing your selling isnt finished yet and you are going to update it
it dosnt work correctly and it needs a shed load of improving

i wouldnt buy it
but
i can make them to so i have no need to i suppose

also if i were you ide try to make the code of your pages work first
bad practice if you cant get your own stuff correct how do i know if the stuff i were to buy from you is ok

check this out

http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http% ... ons.net%2F

if you can get your flash elements validated people will be more impressed just by that and youll maybe get to sell afew items but if you just punting flash things on a page then its nothing new .. every one can do it that posts in here

check my site out i have 2 flash applets on the first page and both use valid HTML to embed them

Barry's validation comments are a little harsh. I can't imagine anyone being concerned with and checking validation for every site they visit. If your site displays properly in the major browsers, don't knock yourself out over validation.

My biggest concern about your photo gallery item is the fact that images must be resized to contstricting width height dimensions. Not all images share that height/width ratio and they are distorted. Even your sample gallery images are distorted.

This makes that product useless.

ok then
BUT when i first joined this forum around 3 or 4 months ago i was cut to death from every one who visited my site saying to me "dude go validate your site it has over 100 mistakes in it"

people where saying to me listen dude you need to get this correct before you start to say you can do it correct for any one else

now that i do validate all my projects i AM getting more work and i AM reeping the rewards for checking my scripts

so to go over the points again
like i said before if you are trying to sell a service to a client and the client sees the work you have on your own site is not up to scratch then how can they expect the product you are going to deliver is going to be any better .

i rest my case

for now

:P

oh and PS

i know what your saying about the images and it does look amatuerish
if i was to take these things to one of my clients i think they would chase me out their office with a stapler or a stick or something

there is so much competition out there that if the product isnt so cheap it has to sell or so good it cant help but be sold then your already beet

i wont go on

Nice look to the site but bvery inefficient architecture. Just a part of the site Flash. If an integral part of the site is in Flash, why complicate things with all that js and tables just do it all in Flash.

The js and tables make the site extremely unfriendly to search spiders not to mention what it does for your cross browser compatability.

well i dont actually use the site any more as the clan i had have colapsed long ago i just posted it to show some flash stuff i have done . that site isa just a part of my personal web space

if i was to redo it all i still wouldnt make it all flash simply because i could alt tag all the art and that would give me search engine friendlyness and i do validate all the work i do now (not then though) so it would be cross browser friendly and the flash would alsio be valid for html purposes like the flash i have on my current designing site at

http://www.barryswebdesign.co.uk

which has HTML 4.01 compliant flash as a header for all the pages and for a small piece of 3d work in the front (home) page

Hi

Just want to say that your comments are not really contructive.
My problem with the flashcreations.ne site is that in Firefox I don't even get to see the flash. So changing the embedding code isn't a bad idea.
