FLASH ERROR

So I was setting up a Timeline Effect
and this pops up in the Output:

Exception in exportPreviewSWF: TypeError: instance has no properties
Error opening URL 'file:///HD/Users/harrisonfry/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Flash CS3/en/Configuration/preview1.swf'
Exception in reverse: TypeError: tmpFrame has no properties

Can someone guide me to some clarification?

Basically

Transition at the first frame in the layer then position where you want it. If the transition frames exceed the end of the longest layer than it will give this error.
