Flash into HTML help please.

Hey all, im new to these forums and stuff. so heres my first question.
Im decent with flash, i know minior action scripts and stuff.
I plan on making my myspace out of flash, but how would i put my flash page on my myspace, like how what HTML would i use to make my flash cover over all of my myspace, and how would i export my flash so i could put it on my myspace.
