Flash menu

Hi! I'm trying to do a menu that slides, it's hard to explain so here's the website that has it:

When you click on the menu, the text shifts and slides over. I tried searching this website for past postings about that but I couldn't find any. If there's anybody out there that knows, I would really appreciate it! Thanks!!!

Would it make you even more curious if I told you that the link you provided doesn't use Flash and instead uses DHTML (Javascript and CSS combination).

Pretty impressive... but a headache to code from scratch lemme tell you. I had a site that used a simliar navigation. Was insanity to code cross browser.
