flash 3d -need advice on wich programs should i use

Hi

I want to create a site for a friend on which i want to make a 3d speaker which i could put into the page header with a nice animation, i'm thinking about something like this should be pulled on strings and play at the same time.

Problem is i don't know where to start.

your help will still be apreciated but after 4 h of googling i kind of started to realise that this is a far more difficult task then i've initially expected because of my total lack of 3d skills .

By lack of " 3d skills' i didn't meant i miss the vision of designing 3d, but i miss the skills of using a 3d program.Somebody suggested that i use a proffesional 3d program then render it as a movie,then import it in flash.
But that is why i consider it a challenging task since i have no skills with either one of the 3d programs out there.I messed a bit with 3d studio max but i realised that it is far to difficult to learn in a short time.
So i'm looking for a more user friendly program in which i could work.
