flash slideshow i made before lunch

hey i posted this in another forum and was suggested that i make it a new thread.

so i thought i'd share with ya guys.

This is a sequence of pics from a service project last summer.

Did you do this via tweens or actionscript (the slideshow part)

I commend you for the work you did. That is truly what the world needs
more of, and I wish it was possible.

As far as the slideshow, it's pretty good. I think it was done with tweens,
from what I can tell. But I'd still like to know from you anyway.

although i was pretty clever, cuz that white fade is just a movie clip. fade out, and in.

in the middle of that fade i did the picture switch. made a nice effect while keeping file size low.

(for some reason my file sizes are ridicously low, it's the small things that keep it from getting bigger)


Yeah that movie was a big hit. I've sent it out to a few people, and I'm getting IM's from people I totally forgot about saying that they want more.

I've been told that the link to the movie has gone into about 5 xanga accounts so I'm happy they are enjoying it.

Actually this post inspired me to convert one of my galleries to have a slideshow option as well (Unflux knows which gallery I am talking about ). Currently it is driven by buttons, click a button, see the pic, giving it the option of slideshow had never even crossed my mind until I saw your movie.

Inspiration comes in many forms.


And whether they were gay or not, if any homophobes left a hateful post in here I would take care of it..... lost style
