Flash Template + CMS

Hi I have a client that wants to use a Flash template he found on a website. Problem is he wants to be able to update the site, but he doesn't have Flash or any real web skills. Myself, I am not very familiar with CMS. So my question is, is it possible for me to configure a CMS client to work with this template? And what are the limitations? Or do I have to reconfigure the flash template to work with a CMS system? Any light that can be shed on this topic would be appreciated.
