Hello!

I have decided to try & do the following:

A Youtube style video library - The video thumbs/buttons will be located in the HTML body of the site, and when clicked will open the associated video in my little custom Flash player.
Obviously the thumbs, video & info will be via XML.

Has anyone done this before?
Can anyone point me in the right direction of a tutorial/source code for something similar?

My scripting skills are pretty good - but this is a challenge!

Please help - this would be so handy to know how to do.

HIAP
