im just starting to learn creating flash websites, do you know a free and good site that can host flash websites..

Any host can host a flash website, but I would recommend one of your main considerations to be bandwidth allowance and reliability of the server you are purchasing. Server space is so cheap now days I wouldnt bother messing with something thats 'free' . Just go somewhere like hostgator.com and get their cheapest account if you just want a space to play around with.
