Flash with static text in DW.

I am fairly new with Dreamweaver, but I was wondering if it was possible to have static text overlapping a flash file in Dreamweaver ? If so, how does one go about it ?

im not sure , but i think CSS can do the trick as the HTML/CSS fellas about positioning content in html ..

i think a floating div with absolute position can do that

and z-index on both the flash div and the text div
