I am somewhat new to flv players. I am working on something for a client where he wants to showcase a 3 minute video. I thought of using an flv player. Can anyone point me in the right directions to any good ones...and can you tell me what kind of format the video needs to be in to use it for the flv players.

Thanks In Advance

Flash is a good flv player ... also the format of the video needs to be .flv .
(sounds silly, but this is what u asked for).
Also you can convert an .avi movie to .flv format.
If you want a stand alone player ... google for: flv players.
If you want an integrated player, then do it using actionscript in flash.
Also search this forum for flv players.
