Good place to start with flash for n00bs

I'm trying to learn it and it's very frustrating!!!!!

The Tutorials of Flash would be a good place to start...

I know, it's tedious, but if you do it step by step you'll learn... :)

I agree, I would start with the built in tutorials of the program, and would learn to do the very basics like shape and motion tweens, how to make buttons, etc..
