good tutorial site

Ive been searching tirelessly for good animation tutorials. The problem is most sites are uncategorized and old as hell. ie, most of the tutorials at Flashkit are from 2000-2005 and way outdated.

I just want to find some good image transition effects. I'm sick of applying all the basic stuff like fade in, blur, tween, and glow to my images. I'm looking for some kind of blindshade animation effect but it's an endless search.

The most innovative place I've found recently is flashmymynd, but that's more for menus not image effects. Any other nifty, up to date tutorial sites like this?
