I want to insert an animated graphic into a new layer.

The problem is that I can't figure out how to place all of the frames to import where I want it. It keeps defaulting to the top right corner. Right now, I'd have to select all of the frames and move them to the desired spot but I know there is a better way.

What's the best placement technique for importing graphics into a scene?

I am obviously a newbie so thanks for your patience and understanding. (Though I have worked with Flash in the past and managed to get things to work. I can't remember how I did that.)

I will try dragging images from the library to the stage where I need them. That would probably work better than just importing them otherwise.

Thanks for the tip.

Sorry about the confusion ("place all of the frames...") ... that wasn't very clearly written. But you answered my question. :)
