Anyone knows how do i build a flash radio player? When i click the play button, it will stream live music that the server(winamp/shoutcast) is playing.

If you want to stream music (or anything ), you will need Flash communication server.

You can not stream without it.

However you can have tracks and play them on load, or by clicking button etc...

There are however ways around this. You could use the the nsv winamp plugin in conjunction with flash or simply php. id3 info would have to be exported to an xml file, or at least a text file, from your shoutcast server.
Then it's just a matter of creating flash file that would load the xml info when it notices the file change.

Hope that gives you an idea.
