help wanted! animation - flag waving

i need to make an intro in flash, and i want to make the flag, or the banner if u'd like, in this logo (where the words "ultras maccabi" are) wave:





any good tut for it?

In swishMAX there is an effect for this, alternatively you can look for threads by Lifaros at were-here.com. Basically you need to break into triangles and put movies in movies with masks (rotated 45 degrees) to allow you to distort the triangles by stretching or similarly using a skew engine, either way lifaros threads will help, not simple maths so really just need to mod some of his examples.
