Hi there buddy:

Well, I am not an expert but you might try this:

Connect your computer to a Recorder Appliance (let's say a VHS recorder, or a DVD recorder), through a video card (which must be installed on your computer)
This will let you record what you see on your computer, on a specific format.

Hope that it helps! Bye.

I think the whole point of using Flash streaming is so you CAN'T download the file. If you have a legitimate use for the file I'd contact who ever produced it and ask if they'll send you the video.

Hi there again!

Well, graphixboy is pretty right. This would actually be the best and the most correct way to get the video.
Anyway, I told you my way of doing this because I suppose that you will only use this video for your personal use.

However, if you have a good audio/video card, you will probably have the software for using it (within the card there's always a specific software for using it) So try to fin the driver CD or something similar, in order to know the way to connect your card with other appliances.

Good luck buddy!
