how to call flash funtion from html text (vishnubhatla)

Hi All Intelligent,

I have face a small problem,

I have load html text from an xml file, like below code :

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8" standalone="yes"?>
<![CDATA[
<br><font color="#FFFFFF" size="15"><b><a href="here/">on roll over in this text</a>]]

in above code I want call a flash funtion when roll over on "on roll over in this text" text.
